The stay was wonderful, and so was the food. The room service was nice, and the buffet during dinner was wonderful, too. Housekeeping and service at the restaurant were excellent. Would stay again if I stop by in Raipur and have a friendly deal with prices during then.

Rude manager who’s got a “Lord of the Manor” attitude plus non-existent house keeping (they’ll respond only if the client complains) plus extremely poor room service (capable of even serving opened/left over packets of sugar). Food was just Ok….nothing special. Four star facade with the services of a cheap budget hotel. There are plenty of good hotels in Raipur. Avoid if possible!

Nice hotel, excellent ambience, All the department are make my stay memorable which makes me feel home away from home. Food and room are beyond my expectations which can beat any where . Lots of mouthwatering dish are available here . It's my one of the best experience in entire India in terms staying and enjoying. I am definitely come back this hotel again and again also share to everyone. HK STAFF AND F&B TEAM ARE SUPERB. KITCHEN AND FRONT OFFICE ARE MIND-BLOWING

Had a brilliant stay for a night . Checked in late and was wonderfully received by the team at the front desk . Sujoy , Arpita , Meghna and Tejaswini at the front desk was very helpful. My room was upgraded at no cost and reasonable extension was allowed on check out . Bell boy , Manas was ever smiling and obliging. Restaurant was equally good . Staff were cordial and helpful . Food was tasty . The chef was personally supervising the delivery . Only scope of improvement is introducing shower curtains in washroom and serving of a better quality of welcome drink in the buffet .

The Restaurant kimiya is great, from the staff to the food… the service there is good, they are always around to know if we needed anything, we got to meet the chef which was amazing, is food is really good… we’ll definitely come back.

The hotel is very good, and hygiene is excellent. You will find a nice variety in breakfast, and the staff is very polite. I have interacted with Kesand and Tejaswanee.
